Study on Protecting Business Confidential of Small to Medium Enterprises

摘要：

With the development of knowledge economy, intellectual property becomes key factor for enterprises in competition. Business confidential, as an aspect of intellectual property, is particularly important for small to medium enterprise. This article focuses on the protection of business confidential in the small to medium enterprises, states the constitution of Business confidential, analyses the problems in the protection of small to medium enterprises business confidential, then provides some possible solutions for small to medium enterprises in this area.
