The Research of Small and Medium Enterprises Knowledge Management Based on Document Strategy
According to knowledge management theory, from the idea of keeping explicit knowledge and explicit of tacit knowledge, this paper puts forward the knowledge management based on document strategy, and points out that enterprises should achieved the unified organization and storage of knowledge by building knowledge base based mainly on knowledge documentation. In this paper, for the implementation of this strategy, the enterprises should established some security system, hackled knowledge by using the method of combination of from top to bottom and from bottom to top, and established the documents knowledge base of the organizational structure considered.
