The Organizational Structure Optimization Study of SME in Start-up Stage
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises are often faced with many problems in start-up stage. Most of them can not escape the fate of death in this period. Organizational structure optimization has great strategic significance for SMEs long-term development, and also plays an important role in resolving problems emerged at the start-up stage. The article supposes Line-functional Structure as SMEs typical organizational structure pattern in start-up stage, then analyses the main characteristics and problems, puts forward that entrepreneurs should consider business strategy, organizational structure, specific stage and other factors to analyze how to optimize organizational structure.
