Construction of Service-oriented Company Law and the Development of SME
SME are the rapid growth of Chinas economic strength which can not be ignored, especially in the context of the financial crisis, it is the focus of Chinas main support and development. The development of SME require support of a number of law, as main legal regulation of enterprise system, Company Law is the main laws regulate SME organizations, the adaptive character of Company Law fully consider of the requirements of the special needs of SME and make corresponding arrangements and adjustments ,Analysis of the Company Law amendment to the development of SME of the benefits, and the Company Law to amend the future direction of the proposed with a view to better promote the development of SME.
