摘要：

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small (19-23 nucleotides) , endogenous regulatory RNA molecules, which are considered to regulate nearly 30％ of human genes. 1Gene regulation by miRNA plays an important role in many critical biological processes and is associated with various diseases.2 The development of miRNA assay is imperative for understanding of miRNAs function, clinical diagnosis as well as finding new targets in drugs.
