A NEW MICROFLUIDIC ELECTROCHEMICAL CELL AND APPLICATION FOR CHIP FLOW BIOSENSOR
A new microfluidic chip flow electrolchemical cell of glass substrate was prepared. Two Pt wire electrodes of 50 μm diameter were introduced into the cell through guide channels and were placed parallel along the 2 sides of the main channel by the ridges (~11 um) formed during the wet etching. The total volume of the chip cell is about 300 nl. Both electrochemistry (EC) and electrochemilluminescence (ECL) of luminol were performed with the chip. By immobilizing GOD on the cell inner surface, glucose was measured electrochemically with detection limit of 0. 05 mmol/L and a linearity of 0. 998 9 in the range of 0. 1~5. 0 mmol/L.
