A NOVEL KIND OF POROUS PSEUDO-CARBON PASTE ELECTRODE ELECTROCHEMICAL BIOSENSOR AND ITS APPLICATION INBIOASSAY
A kind of novel and sensitive porous pseudo-carbon paste electrodes (PPCPEs) were directly fabricated by mixing organic microspheres or inorganic microspheres as templates, graphite powders as the filler, pyrrole as the precursor of polymer which actually acts a net to keep the fabricated electrode as an integrated one without addition of any organic pastes. The fabricated PPCPEs were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, and it was shown that the electrochemical signal of PPCPE was the strongest among those three kinds of electrodes. The DNA hybridization reaction on PPCPE was monitored by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) analysis with the help of gold nanoparticle-catalyzed silver enhancement and the peak current of Ag at PPCPE was linear with the amount of complementary oligonucleotide ranging from 1 to 80 nM and 0. 08 to 1 nM, the detection limit was as low as 0. 05 nM
