CLONING AND SEQUENCE ANALYSIS OF PDC1 GENE IN COIXLACRYMAJOBI L.

摘要：

According to the conserved sequence of PDC1 protein of rice and maize, we cloned PDC1 fragment from jobs-tears by using two pairs of degenerate primers. 3end sequence of PDC1 was cloned by RACE The full length of splicing fragment was 1398 bp. The BlastN/P analysis indicated that the DNA and protein sequence of jobs-tears was highly homologous with other higher plants. The construction of molecular phylogenetic tree implied close relatives among jobs-tears, sugarcane and maize. These results preliminary proved we had obtained the main fragment of PDC1 from jobs-tears.
