SPHEROID ARRAY CHIP OF FETAL LIVER CELLS FOR REGENERAITVE MEDICINE CONSTRUCTED ON MICROPATTERNED PEG-GEL SURFACE: CONTROL OF LIVER CELL SPHEROIDS FUNCTIONS BY HETERO CO-CULTURE SYSTEM

Spheroid array of fetal mouse liver cells, which comprise various immature cells, was constructed on a micropatterned PEG-gel surface and its hepatic activity and degree of differentiation induction were different from the types of feeder-cell as substrate for spheroid formation.
