Study on Digital Modeling of Clamping Deformation for Thin-walled Workpiece in Numerical Control Machining
Aiming at the clamping deformation of thin-walled workpiece due to the low rigidity in the numerical machining process. The three dimensional finite element model has been established to simulate the clamp deformation for the aluminum alloy 7075 thin-walled workpieee in the numerical control machining process. The stress distribution has been obtained, and the law of influence on the clamp deformation in the three different clamping force has been simulated too.
