Researches on the CAPP Quoteprice System of Ring Rolling Rased on Visual Rasic System Platform
Ring rolling is a kind of advanced technology to manufacture rings in many industrial fields such as machine, automobiles, trains and airplanes, etc. In order to meet the need of quick offer in quoteprice of ring rolling, one method based on the theory of Fuzzy Mathematics and Forecast science is to be put forward. We develop a CAPP system for ring rolling based on Visual Basic (VB) System Platform. This system use the mainly form interface of VB design program and AGW software to quote AGW object to realize the communication between VB and Pro/E, using the date input by user in the system automatic produce engineering drawings and three-dimensional model, using the adduction of Excel object realize the automatic output of quoteprice tables.
