This article elaborated in detail on the salt is the origin of life from the chemical property, the medical aspect and the cooking aspect. Salt is the necessity for the human body to maintain life. The article also discussed thoroughly about the iodized salt and the iodized salt containing different minerals and vitamins, which is important to eliminate the iodine deficiency and to improve healthy conditions for national people.
