CHINESE SALT INDUSTRY STANDARDIZATION PRESENT SITUATION AND PROGRAM

INTRODUCTIONThe salt is not only the essential item of people living but also the indispensable base stock of national economy. The establishment of salt and salty product standard began in the 1950s. In the 60s, the product standard, such as Sea salt, Well salt, Lake salt, Rock salt and so on, was enacted. According to the needs of business development, by the national authortization, the national sea lake salt and the well salt standardization center has been established, the salt industry standardization work has been clear about the division of labor and the program in 1982.
