STRATEGIC THINK OF CONSTRUCTION OF MODERN LOGISTIC SYSTEM FOR CHINESE SALT INDUSTRY

摘要：

Chinese salt industry distribution is facing several challenges, and it is important to construction of modern logistic system. The paper listed the foundation of logistics and the modern logistic system, and problems including outdated logistics infrastructure, shortage of logistics professionals, extensively management, disunity of the sales network, low degree of information technology, and single product & multitudinous trademarks existing in the system. Advantages and the way to construct the modern logistic system of Chinese salt industry were also discussed.
