Improvement Strategies of the Learning Website Based on Value Chain Model
In order to solve single operation mode, weak profitability and low customer loyalty problems of the learning website, some improvement strategies based on value chain model analysis are put forward in the paper. Value chain analysis is an effective tool to research the enterprises competitiveness. By studying value chain, the method to improve the competitiveness of the learning website can be found. In the paper, the research focuses on enhancing the cooperation capacity of enterprises by the supply chain, consolidating the core competitiveness by the value-added chain and increasing customer loyalty and customer value by the output chain. Based on value chain model, the improvement strategies for the learning website is presented, which gives a practical guidance.
