Knowledge Management System in Project-Based Organizations
Many organizations choose project work as flexible and reliable structures for the development and production of their goods and services. However, Most know-what, know-how and experience exists only in the minds of individual participants during the phase of projects. In order to improve the performance of project-based organizations (PBO), this paper identifies obstacles to knowledge management in PBO and proposes the model of knowledge management system (KMS) in this type of organizations. This system is an effective tool for all experts and engineers participating in the phase of a project.
