Emergent Management for Consumable Industry Chains after Natural Disasters
After an earthquake and other natural disasters, the probability of such geological disasters as aftershock and mud-rock flow increases. The logistics nodes of consumable firms fall under serious impact, which makes the consumable prices of disaster area fluctuant drastically. The goal of this paper is to bring forward a risk analysis framework through an integration of diverse research streams related to risk management. From the insurance point of view, the paper quantifies the risk of key chain logistics of consumable industry with a variety of natural disasters and further explores the emergent management. The proposed approach assists the managers of enterprises to evaluate and confirm the locations of logistics nodes, resume industry chain operation and maintain the price equilibrium in the industry chain.
