Design of Intelligent Control System of Sinter Mizture Moisture
According to the requirements of sintering process and the control difficulties, water distribution system for sinter production was designed using intelligent control technique. This paper described the composition of the control system, hardware configuration, intelligent control programme and its software. The results show that automatic control of sinter material moisture content was realized and it improved sinter material quality and increase sinter productivity. It will provide a successful solution for sinter water automatic distribution.
