IMC Based Temperature Control of Tunnel Kiln
For tunnel kiln is multiple variables, time-varying and delay system, and hardly to set up the mathematic model, this paper put forward a new control idea which combined the PLSR (partial least-squares regression) and IMC (internal mold control) methods. Then depending on IMC theory, a multiple input and single output internal controller and filters are deduced. Finally, it makes some simulation and analyses the results, which proves the feasibility of this control idea.
