Synthesis and Characters of Nano-sized SiO2/TiO2 Powders

In this paper, the sol-gel mode is proposed for the process of silicon dioxide film coating on different size SiO2 particles. And discussed different catalysts and different pH value influence on process of nano-SiO2, make sure the ratio of water-ethanol binary mixtures. The experimental result showed that the ethyl-orthosilicate and the absolute ethyl alcohol and the deionized water volume ratio is 1:2:2. The SiO2 powder which prepares with the sol - gelatin legal system through joins the different catalyst to make the rubber time and the powder albedo controllably, makes the catalyst with the ammonia water to bepossible to obtain porous and the high relative surface sample. Nanometer SiO2 is the amorphous state material, the grain-size distribution is quite even, assumes spherically. The particle size approximately is 45nm. With the adsorption should on the contrary the technical preparation nanometer TiO2/SiO2 compound materials. The adsorbed layer which forms by the SiO2 surface is a reactor, has prepared nanometer TiO2 in the carrier surface. The package membrana tectoria which forms in the nanometer TiO2 surface were amorphous state similar polymerization silica gel silica compound. In the silica gel surface has formed the rich watery adsorbed layer, and the response is carries on among the adsorbed layer.
