Design Method of Controller for High-performance Voltage Inverter

This paper proposes a new control method for single-phase sinusoidal voltage inverter. The delay problem caused by the indirect measuring calculation method for output voltage magnitude and phase of voltage inverter is further analyzed . Based on the analyses, two PI controllers with Smith predictor are designed to achieve independent closed-loop controls of the amplitude and phase. The DC bus voltage feed-forward control is taken to inhibit the impact caused by its fluctuation on the power supply output voltage. The reconstruction method of filters is adopted to ensure that the controller and power output LC filter combined into one and achieves the goal which is difficult to ensure by relying on the hardware low-pass or band-pass filter. It Guarantees the sinusoidal output voltage waveform and rapid response capability of the power output under any load conditions. The whole control scheme is simple and easy to implement. The output voltage waveform can maintain Sinusoidal degrees under any load and DC bus voltage fluctuation conditions.
