A Study on Furnace Hearth Image Processing on the Basis of RBF Neural Network Technique
Processing burning coal powder in boiler is a complex suspension combustion and very unstable, and monitoring system image includes a lot of noise signals from different hands. In this paper, compose of furnace flame monitoring system is introduced, and the new method called as fast median filter for elimination image noise and special boundary detection algorithm based on neural network technique for furnace flame are discussed in detail, and processing for flame image is completed.
