RESEARCH ON PIPELINE PRESSURE FLUCTUATION LAW OF HYDRAULIC VIBRATION SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY WAVE EXCITER
Hydraulic vibration system is composed of hydraulic exciting system and spring damping system of vibrating body. Hydraulic exciting system consists of oil source, wave exciter and oil cylinder. Mathematical model of the system was built using power bond graph. Pipeline pressure of the hydraulic shock vibration system was simulated and experimentally tested through computer simulation and doing experiment getting the law of the every pipe’s pressure fluctuation of the system, proving that the pipeline pressure fluctuation frequency is independently controlled by wave exciter excitation frequency and every pipeline’s pressure wave was produced by system flow and water hammer coupling. The study of the system fluctuation rules provide theoretical basis for the study of associated liberation system.
