Preparation and Properties of Electrochromic Thermal Control Thin Film
An all solid-state electrochromic thin film was designed to be used for thermal control of spacecraft. Structure of the film is ITO/WOs/Ta2O5/NiO/Ag/Glass. ITO, WO3, Ta2O5, NiO and Ag thin films were prepared by magnetron sputtering method, and an all solid-state electrochromic thermal control thin film device was produced on substrate Glass. The tested results of the thin film shows the result of Δαs =0.381,Δε= 0.490.
