The development of Numerical Simulation System of Carbon Concentration Distribution in Carburized Layer of the Usual Carburized Materials
Numerical simulation system of carbon distribution in the carburized layer of 20Cr, 20CrMnTi, 18Cr2Ni4WA steel is developed by many carburized experiments and some methods of numerical simulation and Visual Basic program design language. The program can provide carbon content, case depth and chart of carbon concentration distribution conveniently, rapidly and precisely. Therefore, the program may be very useful to design the carburizing process factors and control the carburizing automatically.
