Ezcellence Design for Manufacturability of Electric Product

摘要：

Design For Manufacturability of electric product is introduced in this paper, by analyzing the technical background of using DFM technology in electric p roduct development. DFM technologys positive roles in electronic product development, costs, quality, processing efficiency and product time to market are discussed. The main content of electric product DFM and the main concerns of different topics are summed up. The implementation of electronic product DFM process, method and platform is analyzed. Finally, two DFM cases confirm the importance of DFM in the electronic product development, among which one case study is an optimized utilizat ion of PCB and the other is a troubleshooting of process defect through DFM.
