A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Characteristics, Internal Organizational Integration and New Product Development Performance
This paper discusses the relationship between organizational characteristics, internal organizational integration and new product development performance, and conducts empirical research based on the investigation of domestic manufacturing enterprises. The results show that cooperative and sharing culture, executive support, and enterprise informat ization have positive impact on internal organizational integration, and the impact of organizat ional flexibility on internal organizat ional integration is not significant, internal organizational integration has positive impact on new product development performance. These results can provide useful references for enterprises to enhance the performance of new product development through internal organizational integration.
