A Study of Constructing Defected Product Recall Early Warning System for Enterprise
Defected product incidents happened in these years not only disturbed the market order, but also negatively influenced the life and property of consumers, worse still, it brought about great damage to the development of harmonious society. Weakly-constructed early warning system is a common problem faced with domestic enterprises today when implementing Defected Product Recall Managemen t (DPRM). In order to solve this problem, we puts forward Defected Product Recall (DPR) early warning process framework, analyzes the major components of DPR early warning system, and indicates the key points in constructing this system in this paper. The construction methods proposed here will help domestic enterprises to prevent and identify defected products in the first time, reduce recall costs on a large scale, and make reasonable recall decision.
