Research on the Equipment Competitiveness Procurement Pricing Model Based on Multiattribute Auction Theory
Under the circu mstance of armys vigorously promotion of equipment competitiveness procurement, the trad itional method of equip ment procurement pricing hasnt been able to meet the requirement of market economy development and equipment procurement system reformation. So it is of great significance to research the competitiveness procurement pricing method according to equipment characteristics. Based on the theory of multiattribute procurement auction, the tradit ional one-dimensional equipment procurement auction is evolved into the two -dimensional form. The two-dimensional attribute optimal auction mechanism model is built up and then the corresponding implementation mechanism and theory are both presented. Finally, the effectiveness of mechanism is shown by an example and the rational equipment competitiveness procurement price is fixed under the conditions at equipment procurement expected utility maximization and equipment quality opt imization. Multiattribute auction theory offers a new idea of equipment competit iveness procurement pricing.
