Network Resource and Capability: Effects on Product Innovation Performance of Enterprises
Product innovation as an important source of core competitiveness of enterprises, has been fully concerned by the theorist and industrialist. With increasing study on product innovation theory and practice, more focuses are on effect factors of innovation performance and how they affect. With the emerging and growing trends of network and network theory, we try to delineate the effects of network resource and capability on innovation performance. Accordingly this study reviews the extant relevant literatures to summarize the factors that impact on product innovation performance and analyzes the internal mechamnism systematically on resource-based and capability-based view and puts forward the conceptual model and hypothesis.
