Integrated Management of Product Innovation in Enterprises

摘要：

Product innovation in enterprises is a management process of integrated creativity. It is a process that enterprises use limited resource to do product innovation. This essay believes that elements integrated management is the core of realizing product innovation, which decides the quality of product innovation. Process integrated management is the key of ensuring the success of product innovation. Management integration is the protective foundation in the process of product innovation that it could manage all the resources effectively and prevent from creativity risks. Space integrated management is the creative foundation of integrating resources effectively in an open environment.
