摘要：

Product function is determined by design, which is the most important factor of competition. Among the product design system, conceptual design is the most active and creative step. For manufacturing, to rapidly develop new products that satisfy market needs is the ability of product innovation. Conceptual design theory applying in construction Machinery Development was researched in this paper.
