Study on the Open Technological Innovation Mode of High Tech Enterprises in Yangtze River Delta
The status in quo and innovative features of high tech enterprises in Yangtze River Delta are introduced based on their connotation, and three innovation modes including independent innovation, cooperative and introducing innovation are compared with each other. And open technological innovation mode is brought forward contrast to close innovation, linking with the features of innovation and high tech enterprises in Yangtze River Delta. An open technological innovation model is built to describe the innovation frame and the relationship among government, universit ies banks and research organizations in the process of their innovation. Finally a suggest is made that high tech enterprises in Yangtze River Delta should adopt independent innovation, cooperative and introducing innovation synthetically to brea k the limit of enterprises boundary and optimize innovation resource in ma xima l degree, which would help to build an innovative national system with enterprises, government, universities, research organizations and banks together.
