Empirical Study on Industrial Structure Readjustment of International Trade in China

摘要：

Based on micro-foundation model, this paper theoretically analyzes the industrial structure readjustment of international trade in China, and deduces the dynamical equation, on which VAR model is adopted to test it. The result proves that: the industrial structure readjustment of international trade has some perfect improvement mechanism on tern of trade in short term, but has threshold effect in long term; at the meantime, the readjustment impulsion shows immediate deteriorat ion on the output. Gradualism is supported on the way of industrial structure readjustment of international trade in China.
