Measure of the Ecological Technological Innovation Efficiency of China’s Industrial Sectors-Based on Super-efficiency DEA Model

摘要：

This paper begins to interpret the connotation and character of the Ecological Technology Innovation (ETI) .Then it constructs the assessment indexes and establishes a measurement model for assessing Ecological Technological Innovation Efficiency of Chinas Industrial Sectors based on a super-efficient DEA mode, which allows for a ranking of efficient units. On this basis, the deep reasons on the uneconomical scale for the Ecological Technological Innovation of Chinese Industrial Sectors are revealed, and the relative improvement measures are put forward. The conclusion affords a useful guidance of the decision-making for constituting the strategies of the Ecological Technological Innovation and carrying out the innovation activity.
