Influences and Measures to Technological Innovation of R&D Investment in China by Transnational Corporations

摘要：

As more and more transnational corporations (TNC) set up R&D institutions in China, scholars begin to study influences on and measures to our technological innovation of R&D investment in China. This paper analyzes positive influences on our technological innovation of R&D investment in China by transnational corporations. TNCs R&D investment will he lp to form cultural innovation in China, promote Chinas regional innovation system, improve technical innovation ability of Chinese enterprises, and train and attract large numbers of talents for china. The negative impacts on Chinas enterprises is not conducive to independent innovation, intensifying competition of talents market in China, and widening the innovative capability gap of Chinas advanced and backward areas. On this basis, the paper proposes corresponding suggestions and measures.
