Evaluation and Application of Enterprise’s Sustainable Technological Innovation Capability Based on Institutional Structure
The enterprises that introduce new technical innovation projects continually can enhance the core competitive capability, and the innovation capability is the key factor to realize enterprises sustainable technological innovation, so we need to study how to measure and evaluate enterprises sustainable technological innovation capability. According to this, the paper design the model of enterprises sustainable technological innovation capability, and take Yunnan Baiyao Group Ltd, Lenovo Group Ltd and Huawei Co Ltd as cases to analyze, finally arrive at the conclusion that institutional structure factors, especially entrepreneurs management institution, technological innovation management institution and institutional environment play an important ro le in enhancing enterprises sustainable technological innovation capability.
