Weapon Development Project Termination Decision Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要：

Weapon equipment development is a groping and risky complex system engineering, terminate bad-behavior weapon development project will enhance the efficiency of weapon acquirement management, and save limited military resource. Aimed at reduce supplemental loss for lack of timely termination, this paper establish termination decision index system, and put forward weapon development project termination decision method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At last, the example proves the correctness and feasibility of this method.
