The Application of the Composite DEA Method to Performance Evaluation of Technological Innovation in Enterprises
Based on an improved composite DEA model, we present a method to evaluate the performance of technological innovation in enterprises. It helps find the gap between the target enterprise and the advanced peer enterprises, as well as the reasons causing such a gap. It enables the enterprise to survey its technological innovation activit ies and identify possible problems with their causes from the view of the perspective of organizational behavior. The proposed method provides an effective theoretical foundation for the enterprises to evaluate, track, and monitor their technological innovation activities.
