Research on the Self-organization Mechanism of Business Technological Innovation Competence System
There is an important transition from analytical paradigm to systematic paradigm in the method of research on enterprise innovation management which adopts a wholly thought on technological innovation. As a new trend of system theory, self -organization theory focuses on the study of the mechanism, condition and law of system evolving from disorderly to orderly and low to high stages .This paper thinks that enterprise technological innovation competence system is a self -organizing system. The innovative points of the paper is that based on the definition of material innovation competence, product innovation competence, craft innovation competence, method innovation competence and management innovation, the enterprise technological innovation competence 5strength dimension structural model has been discussed to establish the self-organizing mechanism of enterprise technological innovation competence system.
