Study on the Building of Independent Innovation Platform of National Key Industries
Industrial competit iveness, which is reflected by industrial capability of independent innovation, is the core of national competitiveness. Key industries play a leading role in the entire national economy. In this paper, the frame theory of independent innovation platform of national key industries is come up with. The structure of independent innovation platform of key industries can be summarized as: a lead agency, four main parts of the platform, three levels of the platform, three contents of the platform, five support systems and four operational mechanisms.
