The Improvement of Entropy-DEA Model in Technological Innovation Projects in the Multi-objective Decision-making

摘要：

This paper establishes decision-making index system for enterprise technical innovation projects based on the Entropy–DEA model and the characteristics of technical innovation project multi-objective decision-making. It conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the program from the economic, social, risk and other angles.
