Network Integrated Manufacturing Based on Regional Industrial Cluster

摘要：

Industrial cluster has become an important mode for development of the enterprises and the regions. The construction of the network integrated manufacturing architecture and the realization process of an industrial cluster are discussed and analyzed in this paper. The study shows that adopting three-layer B/S architecture can realize the link of heterogeneous networks and make the enterprise alliance respond quickly to the ma rket, lower the cost of the products life cyc le and share the data. Four steps should be included in the process of network integrated manufacturing of a regional industrial cluster: looking for partners in or outside the regional industrial cluster, forming the regional alliance of network integrated manufacturing, realizing the network integrated manufacture and disbanding the regional alliance of network integrated manufacturing.
