Research on the Independent Innovation of Wuhan Manufacturing

摘要：

Based on Wuhan Manufacturing, this paper constructed the performance evaluation index system of independent innovation of Wuhan manufacturing, and put research on the performance and return to scale of independent innovation on 12 industries in Wuhan in 2007 through using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model, and the analysis showed that there were 11 industries independent innovation constant or decreasing return to scale, and 7 industries ineffective relat ively which were given some improvement suggestions.
