Evaluation Weights Distribution and Modification for Technological Innovation Capability Based on BP Neural Network
In this paper, based on the index system for the technological innovation capability of enterprises evaluation, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) relying on expert experiences is used to obtain a comprehensive evaluation index weight distribution as the desired output of BP neural network. Finally, through the BP neural network algorithm, by accessing to training the neural network, the weight modification for the evaluation index has been achieved. And a case st udy has been done to prove its feasibility, and demonstrate the role of combination of subjective and objective methods in promoting the development of scientific evaluation.
