Research on Situation and Suggestions of R&D Institutions’ Establishment in Industrial Enterprises of Dalian

With the worldwide R&D process of the internationalizat ion accelerating, how to make better use of the internationalizat ion of R&D resources, to enhance the capability of independ ent innovation has been attached great importance by business, academics and government departments. In this paper, we focus on the current situation of R&D institutions establishment in industrial enterprises of Da lian. The analysis in this paper is composed of five parts: composition of corporate R&D activit ies, R&D investment and expenditure, economic benefit of corporate R&D activit ies, business environment and human resources for R&D activit ies. According to the above analysis, we give some correspond ing countermeasures and suggestions to the main problems during the development of R&D institutions.
