Study on the Mechanism of the Formation and Evolution of Business Strategic Alliances in Technological Innovation Based on the Super-cycle Theory

As a new innovation model which is taking shape business strategic alliances in technological innovation can be seen as the formation of a new life. The beneficial enlightenment may be obtained from the formation and the origin of life. In this paper, the super-cycle theory is applied to study the mechanism of the forming and evolution of business strategic alliance in technological innovation. The strategic alliances genes and replicase which control the genes copy are looked into .It is concluded that it is the super-cycle that contributes to the forming and evolution of business strategic alliances in technological innovation as it does to the origin and evolution of the life. The forming and evolutionary process of business strategic alliances in technological innovation is characterized as self-organization, self-promotion, mutual promotion and co-evolution. A theoretical basis for analysis is provided to do a good job in the management of the strategic alliances, to promote a virtuous circle of the strategic alliances and to enhance the core competitiveness of the strategic alliances.
