The Innovation Study of Chinese Ceramic Industry
Chinese ceramic industry has carried out a series of work on recovery and developing with the lead and help of Chinese government since 1949. However, Chinese ceramic is not strong enough in the world t ill now,based on which, the main research of this paper will be the predicament that Chinese ceramic is facing. The focuses are education on ceramic, the staff, traditional ceramic producing habit and present industry management, which might help us to find the main reason to the pre sent predicament. It is necessary to know that the first three aspects are most easily ignored by the researchers, especially education on ceramic. Therefore, education part will be the focus of the paper. The predicament and solutions to Chinese ceramic industry are presented in the paper, which might be helpful for the innovation and development of it.
