Research on Indez System of High-tech Zone’s Independent Innovation Capability

摘要：

This paper brings up the definition of high-tech zones capability of independent innovation through using the reference of scholars concepts about independent innovation and capability of independent innovation at home and abroad; and it constructs high-tech zones evaluation index system according to the definition and principles of indicator design. This system consists of 3 first -level indicators, 9 second-level indicators, 65 third -level indicators.
