Empirical Study on the Technological Resource Allocation of the Northeast Old Industrial Base

摘要：

Technological resource, dominated in production factors, is the most important in forming of social wealth in the age of the knowledge-based economy. Its status and efficiency are not only the mirror of the regional science level, but also the measurement of regional general strength and development potential. This article analyzes the allocation status of regional technological resource in the northeast old industrial base by statistical data analysis and indicates the problems. In the end how to optimize the allocation of technological resources is introduced.
